Introduction of WoW LAB

 

It’s first concept is based in Cheung Chau, Hong Kong. WoW LAB is the brainchild of the Founding Owner Andy Chung. It’s mission is to develop unique multiple food service across the islands and in Hong Kong.

 

Its first concept is a casual dining which the menu was created based on Chicken, Potatoes & Mushrooms, by using fresh ingredients, adding bold new flavours.

 

Their second concept is a local Cantonese Tea Restaurant. (Time to eat) chef Andy adding his interpretation with some of the local favourites dishes. This concept aims to serve the local customer with a better dining experience and a reasonable price.
