Our client is a sizeable international trading company, with its head office in Hong Kong,

located in Kwai Hing, within a few minutes’ walk of the MTR station. 

Our client is now URGENTLY looking for an independent accountant.

 

Title:  Accountant (Independent Position)

 

Permanent employment

Salary: HK22K to HK$28K

5-day working week

12 days annual leave

Performance bonus, Medical Insurance and Birthday Leave 

 

Requirements:

 

- Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline

- At least 5 years “HANDS-ON” full set accounting in trading business

- Direct report to Board of directors with fluent English skills

- Experience in ITrader ERP system is prefer

- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, proven multi-tasking ability

- Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure with tight timeline

- Mature personality and team oriented, with good communication skills

- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

- Available immediately is a MUST

 

Job Description:

 

- Handle full set accounting, including journal entry, AP, AR, GL, etc.

- Track customers’ payments, bank reconciliation and deposits, cash management, payroll, staff benefits

- Update all accounting transaction in system

- Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies

- Support ad hoc assignments / projects as requested

- Provide weekly reports on cashflow situation / AP-AR, and cashflow projections to Management

- Ensure accurate, timely monthly closing and report to directors

- Liaise with various departments and external auditors
